Write a main.cpp that obtains an integer from the user and prints the absolute value to the user. DO NOT use math.h.






Open a restaurant. You serve pasta and lobster. Allow to choose one of these items. They can choose pasta by typing a P or p and they choose lobster by typing a L or l (little el).  After you get their choice as them how many they want.
