Data mining system LERS, or, more specifically, one of its options, rule induction algorithm LEM2 was compared, in terms of performance, to other rule induction and tree induction systems such as ID3, PRISM, and AQ by Rajesh Menon, Chia - jui Li, Andi Yan, Kevin Kaiser, Xiaohui Zhang, and Pankaj Shah.
