System to be complete and operational no later than May 4
Last day of class is May 7
Project presentations (maximum of 10 minutes each) on TBD
Final project reports are due at COB Thursday May 8.
Project posters (suitable for public display) are due at COB Thursday May 7.
Peer review for members within a team are due no later than 9 am Monday May 11.
An open house of 3005 Eaton is tentatively scheduled from 10:00 to 11:00 the morning of Saturday May 16 so that 502 projects may be shared with family, friends, and the public.
Project proposals due no later than Feb 4
Preliminary design review to be completed no later than Feb 25
PDR peer review form
Critical design review to be completed no later than Mar 25
CDR peer review form
During this period the class will provide peer assessments of each project and will cast ballots regarding the top 3 teams.
Reports content should be updated information prepared for the PDR and CDR as well as test results and lessons learned.
Organization and clarity are important, minimal new work (beyond the test results and lessons learned sections) is expected.
Reports are to be submitted electronically in pdf format.
